 Title: Inside Sales Representative  
 Location: Western Territory,
 Function: Sales/Customer Support
 Product Area: Analytical Inst/Consumable Pro

 Responsibilities:  

    Manage sales processes in assigned geography with outside sales team member in accordance with approved sales and marketing plans to achieve territory and company financial goals. Sales duties include and are not limited to sales calls via telephone, territory and account management, product sales presentations, sales planning, territory sales analysis, CRM database management, maintain up to date customer files. Must work in conjunction with outside sales, marketing, customer & technical service and operational personnel to meet the customer business requirements. Attend and participate in sales trainings, sales and marketing meetings, regional and territory conference calls. Demonstrate computer skills and proficiencies in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Company software programs. Must demonstrate effective professional relationship skills with both internal and external customers.
     

 Qualifications:  

    X BS degrees in Life Science field or Analytical Chemistry
     Strong organizational and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite products and company email systems.
     Knowledge (practical or theoretical) of Solid Phase Extraction, Gas Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography.
     Practical laboratory experience with HPLC, SPE and/or GC a plus.
     Telephone sales experience a plus.
