Achieve Easier, More Efficient SPE for Drugs of Abuse Analysis in Oral Fluids
Extracting drugs of abuse in saliva presents several unique problems: low detection levels, limited sample size and the use of Tween as a diluent to preserve the sample. Tween causes contamination in the LC, increases noise levels and makes low detection levels difficult. Now you can easily remove Tweens from the final extract and achieve faster analyses.

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons According to International Analysis Standards
The carcinogenic and mutagenic nature of PAHs in the environment is a health concern. HPLC with UV detection at 254 nm provides good sensitivity for determining PAH compounds. However, many international PAH analysis standards, such as ISO 17993:2002, use an alternative method of gradient HPLC with time-programmed fluorescence detection.
