• Your email address
• Varian instrument model and configuration (e.g., Varian 725-ES, Vista-PRO axial, Liberty Series II radial, etc.)
• Instrument serial number (located above the peristalic pump on the front of the instrument)
• A brief description of applications you use the instrument for.

When your application has been processed, you will receive an email welcoming you to PlasmaNet, with information on its use.
