to customer needs with up-to-the-minute NMR knowledge, NMR methods,
and technical skills. Varian, Inc. also staffs applications laboratories
around the world with NMR spectroscopists who have expertise in
customers' applications
Choice of service agreements
Varian, Inc. offers a complete line of full-service, self-service,
and economy service agreements. Standard service agreements provide
comprehensive routine and corrective maintenance services based
on your specific needs. Service coverage can also be customized
to meet special needs and flexible payment options are available.
Professional services
The Varian Professional Services team can help you with site planning
and evaluation, laboratory and system management, system customization,
and user training. Professional Services are designed to help you
quickly maximize your NMR center's efficiency.
Pay-per-call service and depot repair
For customers who want to pay for service as needed, Varian, Inc.
offers two options: pay-per-call and depot repair. Pay-per-call
service provides on-site service on a time-and-materials basis per
call. Depot repair allows customers to send equipment parts or modules
directly to a Varian, Inc. Depot Repair Center for repair to manufacturer's
specifications, as quickly as possible.
Parts and supplies
Customers can purchase NMR parts and supplies directly from the
NMR Customer Assistance Center (800-356-4437). Parts are
new or refurbished to the equivalent of new functionality and carry
a 90-day warranty.
