From our Canadian Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario, and our field offices strategically located across the nation, Varian Canada Inc. offers a wide variety of products and services to our customers. Our Sales Representatives work hard to keep you abreast of the latest innovations and tools to do your work more quickly and efficiently. Our staff chemists are available to assist with your chemistry related queries, offering suggestions for your method development. Our factory trained Service Representatives provide preventive, corrective, or qualification service under a variety of schemes including factory warranty, support agreement, pre-paid "Block Time" and "pay-as-you-go". 

Order Administrators in our North American Order Administration Department are available, toll free, (1-800-387-2216) from 0700 hrs PST to 1700 hrs PST (7 AM - 5 PM PST) Monday through Friday to assist you in ordering parts, supplies or complete systems. Likewise, our bi-lingual Canadian Dispatch Centre (toll free 1-800-461-6666) can arrange an on site service call, or a no charge call from our technical support staff. 

Do you want to know more about your equipment and how to get the most out of it? Our Chemist/Instructors provide a variety of "hands on" customer training courses in our superbly equipped training facility in Mississauga. We can provide French language instruction in our Montreal lab, or if you wish, we can even arrange to do the training in your facility, using your own equipment with the curriculum adjusted for your specific needs.
